Job summary

DoiT is hiring a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen how R&D decisions are made through data, AI, and customer insights. You will build scalable analytics foundations, instrumentation, and dashboards to support product decisions across a growing portfolio.

You will work with Mixpanel, Looker, Segment, and dbt to deliver reliable reporting, improve data quality, and translate product signals into actionable recommendations that drive adoption, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles with strong data influence.
• AI-first mindset with practical AI in analytics workflows, guardrails, and trust.
• Systems thinker who builds scalable, cross-team processes and data models.
• Builder mindset with bias for action, solving missing processes, and creating paths.
• Ability to prioritize, structure problems, and execute independently while collaborating.
• Clear communicator, able to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced SQL and experience with event-based analytics and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Product Measurement & Instrumentation: define and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and dashboards.
• Analytics & Data Foundations: ensure accurate reporting, dbt models, and metric layers.
• Insight Generation & Reporting: deliver recurring analytics reports and executive-ready insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product and Customer teams.
