Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Mölnlycke to leverage data and digital tools to support decision‑making across the Supply Chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, analytics, reporting, automation, or related area.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights and recommendations.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
• Structured and organized approach with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Level procurement activities with a primary focus on RTR, ensuring effective procurement and inventory management processes.
• Provide guidance and support to buyers across global sites when procurement setup or process issues arise.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance supply chain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that support business decision‑making.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key supply chain performance metrics, including Service Level, On‑Time Delivery, Inventory Turnover, and Procurement Performance.
• Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities through procurement and supply chain data analysis.
• Recommend and drive fact‑based actions and improvement initiatives based on business impact.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects within Supply Chain and cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data‑driven recommendations for management and stakeholders.
• Drive inventory optimization through ABC classification, safety stock analysis, and other initiatives.
• Partner with Global and European Supply Chain Analysts to leverage best practices.
