Silex Microsystems in Stockholm seeks a Process Engineer in Lithography to join our MEMS-focused Lithography team, supporting fabrication processes and continuous improvement.
You will develop, maintain and qualify lithography processes, own routines and documentation, and collaborate with PI engineers and external vendors to ensure high uptime and smooth startup of new products.

At Silex, our Lithography team is central to transferring intricate designs onto substrates using advanced UV exposure equipment, an essential step in the fabrication of all our products. As part of this dedicated team, you’ll contribute to and develop your skills alongside 14 talented engineers and technicians. Together, we own the lithography equipment and processes, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements.
