Job summary

Bio-Works is seeking a Process Engineer to develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. You will be R&D's technical expert on manufacturing-related matters and an important link between R&D and Production.

This hands-on role involves process development, experiments, troubleshooting and data analysis to improve robustness, efficiency, quality and scalability while collaborating with Production, Quality and other functions to turn technical

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in process development and optimization in manufacturing.
• Experience with experimental design and data analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Lead projects to investigate and resolve process issues using data-driven methods.
• Plan experiments at lab, pilot and production scales.
• Identify root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Define and improve process specifications and control strategies.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Drive change control, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Transfer knowledge from investigations to Production.
• Support new product development with manufacturability and scalability.
