Join the Digital Manufacturing team dedicated to making Nouryon's manufacturing sites smarter, safer, and more efficient. As our new Process Analytics Engineer, you will work at the intersection of process engineering and data analytics - using digital tools to uncover improvement opportunities, optimize process control, and build lasting capabilities across our sites. You will collaborate closely with site engineers, science & technology teams, and other regional functions to turn data into real operational impact.
Someone who takes a helicopter view of complex manufacturing environments and uses data and facts to identify where the biggest improvements can be made. You have a natural ability to communicate and to bring people along with you - whether you are presenting an idea to site management or collaborating with hands‑on process engineers.
