Jobtailor in Sweden is seeking a senior software engineer to lead architectural direction across multiple teams. You will build high-quality web and cloud applications, collaborate with product owners and customers, and mentor developers to deliver customer value end-to-end.

You will drive best practices, engage in pair/mob programming, and stay current with Azure and AWS to evolve the platform responsibly.

Qualifications

Expert-level backend experience with C#, Java, or equivalent.
Strong frontend knowledge with React, HTML and JavaScript.
Thorough experience of test-driven development.
Thorough experience of pair- and/or mob programming.
Extensive cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS).
Thorough experience with agile development methodologies.
Excellent knowledge of database programming fundamentals.
Own technical strategy and architectural direction across multiple teams.

Build high-quality web and cloud applications together with a team of dedicated developers.
Work closely with the product owners and customers to turn their ideas and requirements to top-class solutions.
Provide architectural leadership and guidance on complex technical initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Foster a collaborative engineering culture through pair programming, mob programming, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
Drive continuous improvement of products, platforms, development practices, and operational processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering practices, evaluating opportunities to improve products and development efficiency.

Requirements

Expert-level software engineering experience with modern backend technologies (C#, Java, or equivalent) and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
