Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus and deep AWS experience. You will lead the user experience of key applications in Customer Connect, primarily using React and TypeScript.

Beyond frontend, you will design and implement robust APIs and backend services on AWS, including serverless architectures, to ensure seamless end-to-end product functionality. You will collaborate across an agile team with UX designers, product owners, and testers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native development including serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of async programming, microservices, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain applications while improving quality and performance.
• Contribute to design and architecture for new services.
• Develop full-stack functionality including APIs and backend services on AWS.
• Ensure high standards of quality, security, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, architects, testers and developers in an agile team.
