You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally while helping define the future direction of Cochlear's products and technologies.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as a technical authority in electrical engineering, RF systems, EMC, reliability, robustness, and associated technologies* Mentor and develop other engineers, sharing knowledge and building capability across the organization* Review designs and provide expert guidance to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance* Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies that enhance product performance and patient outcomes* Support regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and product development teams with technical expertise* Define product architectures and technical direction for future acoustic electronic systems* Lead electrical design activities from requirements through verification and release.* Collaborate closely with firmware, test systems, mechanical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams* Drive innovation, IP generation, and continuous improvement initiatives.**About You**You are a highly experienced electrical engineer with deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
