- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, portfolio management or related commercial role in medical devices or regulated healthcare tech.
- Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies delivering growth and customer value.
- Strong market analysis, competitive intelligence and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and translate insights into product roadmaps and business cases.
- Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality to bring products to market and support launches.
- Manage products through lifecycle from introduction to retirement and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate globally with regional teams to ensure portfolio alignment and successful execution.
