Job summary

KraftPowercon in Växjö, Sweden is seeking a technically driven Proposal Manager / Sales Engineer who bridges engineering, commercial business and customer interaction. You will own technical proposals and develop solutions for complex power conversion systems, working closely with customers, engineering teams, project managers and sales colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems or equivalent.
• Experience in proposal engineering, application engineering or technical sales.
• Ability to discuss electrical architectures, control systems and power electronics solutions.
• Experience with technical specifications, tenders and customer requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications and develop solution concepts for rectifier, inverter, DC system, battery, hydrogen and power conversion applications.
• Lead the proposal process from RFQ to final customer submission, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Engage in customer meetings and technical workshops and present solutions.
• Support negotiations from a technical perspective and build trusted relationships with OEM customers, EPCs and end-users.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and service teams to coordinate technical clarifications and drive market opportunities.
