Job summary

KraftPowercon Sweden AB in Växjö is seeking a technically driven Proposal Manager / Sales Engineer to own technical proposals and develop solutions for complex power conversion systems. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, project managers, and sales colleagues to transform requirements into competitive, technically robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in translating customer requirements into technical proposals.
• Ability to discuss electrical architectures, control systems and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications and develop solution concepts for power conversion applications.
• Lead the proposal process from RFQ to final customer submission.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with clear schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate clarifications across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and service teams.
• Engage in customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions.
• Support market development and product positioning through insights from projects.
