Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a quantitative discipline; applicants within 3 years of graduation are prioritized.
• Experience in statistical modelling or machine learning for regression or distribution estimation.
• Python proficiency and ability to work with time-series or sensor data; ROS2 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML methods to estimate full fragment size distributions from vibration data.
• Publish results in peer-reviewed venues and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with industry partners and researchers in AASS and ARC at Örebro University.
