Luleå tekniska universitet is looking for a Postdoc in Mining Engineering with a focus on advanced data mining of computerized mining equipment. This full-time position is fixed-term for two years, starting preferably around October 1, 2026.

The role involves contributing to research and pedagogical activities, working in a dynamic environment with extensive collaboration with industry. Candidates should have a solid understanding of mining systems and analytical skills for data interpretation.

Qualificações

• Knowledge in Mining Engineering and production optimisation.
• Good knowledge of statistics, AI/ML, and mathematical modelling.
• Good skills in English speaking and writing, TOEFL or similar is a plus.
