Lovable in Stockholm is seeking a Trust & Safety specialist to be the first human eyes on incoming claims. You will triage reports, take enforcement actions, and document every decision to keep Lovable a platform the world can trust.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform operations at a consumer tech company.
• Sharp judgment under ambiguity; read reports, gather context, and decide quickly.
• Comfort with sensitive content and a steady temperament.
• Operational rigor: document decisions and feed policy improvements.
• Strong written English and empathetic communication with reporters, users, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming trust & safety reports across Lovable apps and platform.
• Investigate, take enforcement actions (warnings, takedowns, account actions), and document decisions.
• Escalate complex/high-severity cases with crisp summaries.
• Identify trends and feed them back into policy, tooling, and detection.
• Help build AI-assisted moderation tooling.
