Job summary

CoolPeople Technology in Stockholm seeks an Application Owner to manage the xTrace platform in an enterprise environment. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate technical teams, and ensure smooth incident resolution.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating releases, upgrades, deployments, and testing, with close collaboration across Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL/Oracle, IBM MQ/Kafka, Linux, Kubernetes, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in application operations, application support, or platform operations in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in Linux administration (processes, filesystem, logs, troubleshooting).
• Ability to read and analyze application and system logs.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical administration and day-to-day operation of the xTrace platform.
• Monitor platform health, system events, and logs; perform initial troubleshooting.
• Coordinate specialists across Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL/Oracle, IBM MQ/Kafka, Linux, Kubernetes, and infrastructure.
• Communicate with vendor support, raise tickets, and provide diagnostics.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, deployments, and testing activities.
• Manage backups, data purging, and data capture interfaces.
