Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Platform Integration Lead to align Reader BU platforms with internal systems and adjacent ecosystems. You will drive cross‑platform requirements early, work with product managers, platform architects and engineering to establish shared integration principles, standards, and priorities, and help define the roadmap for reuse and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in system integration and platform environments preferred.
• Understanding of enterprise architectures and IoT ecosystems.
• Experience with security concepts and authentication frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive cross-platform alignment and integration into internal systems and ecosystems.
• Develop business cases for platform or integration investments.
• Influence future platform definitions by embedding interoperability and reuse from the outset.
• Align PMs, architects, and engineers around common integration principles.
• Work with Global Engineering leadership on architectural decisions and priorities.
• Define cross-platform requirements to prevent fragmentation.
• Drive shared roadmap priorities for reuse and convergence.
• Promote reuse of components, services, and integration frameworks.
• Ensure consistent developer and integration experiences across reader platforms.
• Define how platforms integrate with external ecosystems and partners.
• Coordinate cross-product and cross-BU integration topics and dependencies.
• Define monetization strategies for integrations, including APIs and services.
• Contribute to industry standards bodies to ensure interoperability.
• Maintain awareness of tech trends and evolving integration models.
• Gather feedback to identify gaps and prioritize improvements.
• Manage integration capabilities through concept to delivery.
• Support go-to-market with clear positioning around integration capabilities.
