Job summary

Verisure Innovation AB in Malmö seeks a Manager for Platform Communications & Utilities to lead two teams—Platform Utilities & Upgrades and IoT connectivity. You will oversee software services spanning device lifecycles, provisioning, firmware upgrades, and SIM management, with 24/7 SLA considerations.

You will shape strategy with engineering managers and product leadership, balancing long-term vision with shifting priorities while driving people development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience as a line manager for a software development team of 8 or more employees.
Background in software development or technical project management.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Accountable for the area's deliverables, ways of working, and people development.
Collaborate with peer engineering managers, hardware supply chain stakeholders, external EMS partners, and global product leadership.
Lead technology and architecture discussions as needed.
