Qualifications

  • Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are important.

Responsibilities

  • Research in nanoelectronic memory devices focusing on two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide semiconductors.
  • Develop memory transistors and perform electrical and materials characterization.
  • Teaching at Chalmers' undergraduate level or performing other duties.
