Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc in Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Very good command of English.
• Good communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Willingness to travel and arrange travel as needed.
• Python for medical image analysis is beneficial; C/C++ for large images is beneficial.
• Prior experience with medical imaging and software development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools for accurate analysis of whole-body metabolic imaging.
• Apply methods to clinical trial data to understand multiplexed data and group differences.
• Study differences in end organ involvement between sexes and disease states.
