WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, shopping, affiliate and paid social campaigns across global markets to drive profitable traffic and conversions
- Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency and brand integrity
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover insights, improve targeting and enhance the digital customer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, CRM and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals and brand messaging
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, sharing key learnings and recommendations with internal stakeholders
- Oversee and manage product catalogues and feeds for social and search channels in close collaboration with the E-commerce and Social Media team
- Conduct research using Google Analytics or other tools to find new opportunities and customer segments to improve campaign targeting
- Effectively track campaigns within existing analytics platforms, to ensure consistent and accurate reporting

Specific experience and knowledge for this role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within luxury fashion, retail, e-commerce, or media/advertising agencies
- Proven ability to manage media budgets and optimize for both short- and long-term performance outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing paid media plans, managing timelines, and interpreting campaign data
- High proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Merchant Center, and Commerce Manager
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Familiarity with CRO and SEO is a strong plus
- Technical know-how in campaign setup, tag management (GTM), and reporting via Google Analytics 360 or BigQuery
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
