Job summary

Swedbank in Sundbyberg/Stockholm is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Pega platform development efforts. You will develop, test, and maintain the Pega platform that supports core processes, working with agile teams to add features and improvements.

The role requires solid Pega experience, understanding of platform architecture, familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD, and Java knowledge. Join a collaborative, market-leading bank with a strong focus on scalable, maintainable

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Solid experience with Pega and/or platform development and configuring large-scale platform solutions.
Understanding of platform architecture balancing configuration, extensibility and maintainability.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and release management in a platform context.
Experience with vendor-delivered platforms and adapting them to organizational needs; Java knowledge is useful.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, analyze and maintain the Pega platform that supports core bank processes.
Collaborate with other developers in agile teams to enable new features with high quality.
Build and evolve robust, scalable solutions based on Pega best practices and architectural principles.
Work proactively to anticipate users’ needs and deliver on them.
