Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in payroll administration, payroll management, HR administration, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail; good digital and system skills.
• Good communication skills to support employees and managers.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration activities and support payroll processes.
• Handle various HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee data and documentation in HR systems.
• Support managers and employees with payroll and HR-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
