Job summary

Nordic Investin Group Aktiebolag is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Accountant to join one of our partner companies. You will connect payroll journals, reconciliations and benefits while ensuring tax reporting and controls are disciplined and accurate.

You will collaborate across entity finance, shared services and business teams, owning defined parts of the financial cycle. The role requires practical ownership, risk awareness and clear decision-making to drive improvements across the payroll

Qualifications

• Experience delivering accurate payroll accounting across entities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Experience with benefits reporting and tax reporting.
• Ability to assess risk and priorities for controls.
• Clear stakeholder communication and end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English; handling sensitive information.
