Job summary

The Tanto School AB is seeking a flexible, positive SYV professional for a 25% role focused on Åk 8, with plans to introduce Åk 9 in 2027‑28. We are a small, welcoming school with English as the teaching language and a family atmosphere.

You will provide student career guidance, support upper secondary school applications, and contribute to educational planning across the school. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, and you will work with warmth, care, and a strong commitment to equity

Qualifications

• Qualified study and vocational guidance counselling degree with a strong interest in youth counselling and educational equity.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
• Role is 25% part-time (semestertjänst) and offers flexibility in weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide student career guidance for Åk 8 students.
• Assist with upper secondary school applications and admission processes.
• Contribute to educational planning across the school and support student wellbeing.
