Job summary

Acne Studios is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for our NK Women store to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. This role involves working 15-20 hours per month across weekdays and weekends, with training in luxury sales, service, and clienteling to ensure best-in-class client experiences.

You will care for customers at the store and throughout the customer cycle, handling omni-channel services, inventory, and store procedures to meet sales targets and provide seamless service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role within retail or hospitality.
• Experience driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
• CRM and clienteling experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for customers in-store and through the full customer cycle.
• Provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling.
• Manage omni channel services and guide customers through a smooth cycle.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
• Uphold administrative procedures and manage inventory.
