Job summary

QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency and subsidiary of M3 Inc., seeks a Recruitment Specialist. You will handle recruitment tasks across the Netherlands and Belgium, build and maintain a skilled panel, and communicate with M3 Global Research members via phone and email.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, along with strong communication and PC skills. This full-time role operates in CET working hours, with shift rotation as listed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Clear verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office and email tools.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Ability to ask probing questions and provide accurate support.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment tasks for projects in Netherlands, Belgium and other QQFS markets.
• Reach out to panelists via phone to recruit respondents and schedule interviews.
• Build and engage the recruitment panel; update emails and reactivate accounts.
• Provide high quality support to M3 Global Research members via phone and email.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot inquiries, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Project Management to resolve project-specific issues and ensure quality.
