Job summary

IKEA in Älmhult is seeking a Packaging Solution Engineer to lead development of cost-effective, sustainable packaging for the IKEA range. You will design packaging for efficient manufacturing and logistics in an omni-channel landscape.

You will manage safety and quality risks during development, create packaging documentation, and guide development partners. You will capture learnings and share them across IKEA and with partners.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with packaging materials/solutions.
• Experience with CAD and product lifecycle management systems.
• Strong written and spoken English, ability to build relations.

Responsibilities
