Job summary

Telia Cygate is seeking an OT Solution Sales Specialist to drive opportunities in OT security, industrial networking, IoT and cybersecurity services from Solna, Sweden. You will work with customers, account teams, solution architects and technical specialists to translate business challenges into scalable, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in solution sales, business development, presales, or customer advisory within technology-related fields.
• Experience from OT/ICS cybersecurity, enterprise networking, cybersecurity services, industrial digitalization, critical infrastructure, or managed/professional services.
• Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience leading complex customer dialogues and solution-oriented sales processes.
• Ability to communicate technical topics in a clear and business-focused way.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and good English.

We are looking for a OT Solution Sales Specialist to join us at Telia Cygate.

My name is Michael Mothander, Head of Cyber Security, and I’m looking for someone who wants to grow together with us. We are a supportive and forward‑looking team focused on helping customers secure and modernize critical infrastructure through advanced networking, cybersecurity, and OT solutions.

What you’ll do:

As an OT Solution Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in developing business opportunities within Operational Technology (OT), IoT, networking, and cybersecurity. You will work closely with customers, account teams, solution architects, and technical specialists to understand business challenges, shape solutions, and drive commercially successful outcomes.

• Develop new business opportunities within OT security, industrial networking, IoT, and cybersecurity services
• Lead consultative customer dialogues, workshops, and solution discovery sessions
• Collaborate with technical experts and solution architects to design customer‑centric solutions
• Own and drive the commercial process from opportunity identification through proposal and contract
• Contribute to bids, tenders, and complex solution proposals
• Build trusted relationships with both operational stakeholders and executive decision‑makers
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and frameworks such as NIS2, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust

• Several years of experience in solution sales, business development, presales, or customer advisory within technology‑related fields
• Experience from one or more of the following areas: OT/ICS cybersecurity, enterprise networking, cybersecurity services, industrial digitalization, critical infrastructure, or managed/professional services
• Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts
• Experience leading complex customer dialogues and solution‑oriented sales processes
• Ability to communicate technical topics in a clear and business‑focused way
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Swedish (native or near‑native) and good English

The following are considered a plus:

• Experience working with industrial environments and OT/ICS technologies
• Knowledge of frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Familiarity with technologies and vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft Security, Claroty, Armis or Nozomi Networks
• Experience selling solutions to customers within industry, energy, utilities, healthcare, real estate, or other critical infrastructure sectors
