Job summary

St1 Oy is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to own security across its operational technology estate, from terminals to refinery sites, across Nordics.

You’ll implement our Cybersecurity Management System, write standards, and work with the CISO, site teams, and vendors to raise resilience while prioritizing availability.

This role requires hands-on technical skills, governance experience, and willingness to travel across the Nordics and the UK.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian preferred.
• Experience implementing OT cybersecurity across large production sites and multi-site environments.
• Ability to challenge vendors and set security direction across an OT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Driving the site-by-site rollout of OT cybersecurity architecture.
• Setting and maintaining OT security standards aligned to ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, CIS 18 Controls and NIS2.
• Working hands-on across IT and OT to specify and validate controls, not run the plant.
• Guiding and challenging OT vendors on cybersecurity.
• Being the trusted OT security advisor to CISO, site teams, refinery, and retail ops in the Nordics.
