Job summary

Essity's Askersund site seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the manufacturing organization, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost and people with oversight of about 60 employees. You will drive continuous improvement and set clear targets across the site.

As part of the Site Leadership Team, collaborate with Quality, Logistics, HR and Finance to deliver sustainable results, while building a culture of accountability and engagement.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a senior manufacturing or operations leadership role.
• Experience leading managers and larger operational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, World Class Manufacturing or similar frameworks.

• Lead and develop the Operations organization, including Production and Maintenance.
• Deliver performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
• Drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an opportunity to lead operational excellence, drive cultural transformation, and make a lasting impact on a site that continues to receive significant investment and attention within Essity's global manufacturing network.About the RoleAs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing organization and ensuring outstanding performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.You will lead a team consisting of 2 Department Leaders and one Maintenance Leader, with overall responsibility for approximately 60 employees at the Askersund site. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will work closely with colleagues across Quality, Logistics, HR, Finance, Projects and EHS to deliver business results while developing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and employee engagement.This role is critical to the site's ongoing development and transformation journey.
