Job summary

X Shore in Södermanland with an on-site office and production facility in Nyköping is seeking an Operational Buyer to secure material supply for production and to help build efficient procurement and logistics practices. This role emphasizes execution, ownership, and close work with business units.

You will place and monitor purchase orders, manage deliveries, handle deviations, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational purchasing, material planning or a similar role within manufacturing industry.
• Documented experience with order placement, delivery monitoring and supplier follow-up.
• Experience handling delivery deviations, shortage situations and escalations.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accustomed to using Excel for follow-up, planning and analysis.
• Strong system proficiency and ability to work on-site in Nyköping.

About The Role

X Shore is in an exciting restart phase, with the business being rebuilt under new ownership. We are now looking for an Operational Buyer who wants to help ensure the supply of materials to our production and contribute to building efficient working methods in procurement and logistics.

This is an operational role with a strong focus on execution. We are looking for someone who thrives working close to the business, takes ownership and drives issues to completion. You are solution-oriented, structured and comfortable working in an environment where not all processes are yet fully established.

The position is based on-site at our office and production facility in Nyköping.
