Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Graphic Designer for a Gothenburg-based role that is 100% onsite. Start ASAP on a 7-month contract with potential extension, contributing to product launches and brand experiences.

You will join a cross-functional Brand Experience Design team, creating bold visual narratives across multiple touchpoints while collaborating with design, UX/UI, and marketing colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design from idea to production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of turning initial concepts into reality through various production methods.
• Strong branding understanding and ability to develop cohesive expressions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead graphic design tasks for product launches and brand experiences.
• Collaborate with interior, exterior, CMF, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Translate complex ideas into emotional, premium visual narratives.
• Contribute to evolving the brand's visual language across physical and digital platforms.
