Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Graphic Designer for a Gothenburg-based role that is 100% onsite. Start ASAP on a 7-month contract with potential extension, contributing to product launches and brand experiences.

You will join a cross-functional Brand Experience Design team, creating bold visual narratives across multiple touchpoints while collaborating with design, UX/UI, and marketing colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design from idea to production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of turning initial concepts into reality through various production methods.
• Strong branding understanding and ability to develop cohesive expressions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for a company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Assignment description

You will join a Brand Experience Design team, a cross-functional group where curiosity, drive, and an interdisciplinary mindset are deeply valued. The team collaborates closely with multiple design disciplines to shape the mobility experiences of tomorrow.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the creative development and execution of product launches. From early concept to final delivery, you will help craft bold, emotionally engaging visual narratives that elevate the brand and bring products to life across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead graphic design task for product launches and brand experiences – from early concept to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with interior, exterior, CMF, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Translate complex ideas and product features into simple, emotional, and premium visual narratives
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's visual language across physical and digital platforms

Qualifications and skills required for the role

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design following projects from idea to production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Solid understanding of turning initial concepts and designs into reality through a variety of production methods and material limitations.
• A strong understanding of branding and developing a consistent and cohesive expression.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams
• Ability to clearly present ideas and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
