Job summary

OX2 is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist (OneStream) to lead the finance platform, drive digitalisation, and improve planning and reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics to ensure scalable, reliable solutions that meet evolving business needs in a modern financial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Group Accounting, Finance Systems, or similar area.
• Hands-on OneStream configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of Power BI, data warehouses, or system integrations is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the finance platform as the functional owner of the OneStream platform.
• Govern and improve planning models, reporting structures, and financial data frameworks.
• Design and maintain reporting packages, dashboards, and visualisations in OneStream and Power BI.
• Partner across Finance, Business Controlling, and IT to deliver scalable solutions.
