Responsibilities

• Management Consolidation: Support the consolidation of management activities and ensure alignment across various branches.
• Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating OneERP initiatives to accelerate project delivery.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and refine the OneERP monthly status report and dashboard.
• Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate STECO and management meetings, including preparation of pre-read materials and tracking decisions.
• Activity Tracking: Maintain and coordinate the OneERP Activity Log and corresponding activities in various functional areas.
• Process Harmonization: Support documentation and follow-up on rollout plans and local configurations.
