Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a hands-on finance professional to own the full local agenda from accounting to business partnering. The role is based on-site in Mölnlycke, Sweden, with collaboration across EMEA and the US to drive reporting and processes forward.

You will balance day-to-day financial operations with strategic analysis, supporting leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights and proactive guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 4–6 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, closing processes, and accounting principles.
• Experience from a larger international organization or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting activities including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting and month-end closing.
• Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis for timely, accurate reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking and performance improvement initiatives.
• Act as a business partner to local management by providing financial insights and decision support.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, SOX, and drive continuous improvements in finance processes.
