• Lead, develop and implement the Centre’s interdisciplinary Researcher Development Program in Oceanography for all Centre researchers.
• Provide advice and mentoring to students and early career researchers.
• Design learning activities and resources for post-graduate students.
• Develop links with industry and profession for professional development.
• Recruit and retain students and researchers, including underrepresented groups.
• Coordinate training activities and ensure high PhD completion rates.
