Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting for a Norwegian Speaking Netflix Customer Experts role based in Greece. You will support subscribers via chat, email, and phone, troubleshoot playback issues, and assist with account management with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new software interfaces quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support is valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to subscribers via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot technical playback issues to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
• Assist users with account management, subscription inquiries, and billing questions.
• Represent the streaming brand with a professional tone and high service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, helping users navigate content features and platform updates.
• Collaborate with international teams to share insights and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions within our CRM systems.
