Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Country Manager Nordics to define and execute the Nordics country strategy, reporting to the General Manager of the Catalyse Cluster. You will drive growth, manage a regional leadership team, and build relations with payers and regulators to advance BeOne’s portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Market Access, HR, Finance, and Regulatory to shape launches and lifecycle plans while ensuring compliance with BeOne’s standards.

Qualifications

• Senior executive with 10+ years in general management, sales, or marketing in pharma.
• Broad knowledge of the cluster pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic areas.
• Experience leading diverse teams across a matrix, including remote settings.
• Proven ability to drive growth in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to define the Nordics country strategy in alignment with regional/global plans.
• Lead a management team to execute the Nordics growth strategy and product launches.
• Develop relationships with regulators, payers, and key stakeholders in the region.
• Oversee budget, profitability, and performance metrics to deliver targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and BeOne values across the region.
