Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Director of People & Culture Nordic to shape the organization for the energy transition. You will lead a small P&C team, partner with senior leaders, and translate business strategy into people priorities across countries.

You will drive transformation, develop management capability, and ensure high-quality P&C delivery while acting as a business partner to the Nordic BU. English and Swedish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading People & Culture professionals in an international environment.
• Senior HR Business Partner experience
• Deep knowledge and experience from P&C processes and duties.
• A strong track record in organizational transformation and change.
• Strong business acumen, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience from complex matrix organizations.
• A relevant university degree and excellent English and Swedish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage and develop the P&C team.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent and performance.
• Lead organizational development, transformation and change initiatives across countries and business areas.
• Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership, culture and business outcomes.
• Drive and support the execution of key P&C processes, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across the business.
• Act as Business partner to our Business Unit MT.
