We are seeking an analytically strong Portfolio Manager to take responsibility for Brocc's Nordic NPL portfolios, at the intersection of debt investing, portfolio management and quantitative analysis, with substantial ownership in a growing business area.

You will monitor portfolios, analyse performance and collaborate with external Loan Servicing Partners, Finance and Treasury to drive value and improvements across the Nordic

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Understanding of credit investments or portfolio analysis.
• Curious, problem-solving mindset focused on drivers of performance.
• Collaborative and pragmatic approach with internal and external stakeholders.
• High ownership and adaptability in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Nordic acquired NPL portfolios, focusing on performance, cash flows and long-term value creation.
• Evaluate and manage Loan Servicing Partners, including repayment plans and settlements.
• Assist onboarding of new portfolios and contribute to due diligence for acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Treasury on forecasting, provisions and valuations.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal and Compliance to improve processes as the business grows.
