Job summary
Devoteam, a premier Google Cloud Partner, seeks a Nordic Looker Practice Lead to own our Looker capability, drive regional growth, and cement our position as the go-to partner for Google Cloud data solutions. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Head of Data, combining technical mastery with strategic leadership and alliance management.

Qualifications
- Extensive Looker development and deployment experience.
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
- Proficient with Google Cloud and BigQuery.
- Experience leading technical teams and stakeholder presentations.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Looker practice across the Nordics, spotting new business opportunities and advising clients on analytics.
- Own delivery quality and set the standard for LookML development, ensuring high-impact deliverables.
- Strengthen the Google alliance with regional teams to position Devoteam as the preferred Looker partner.
- Mentor and upskill the data team and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Partner with sales to connect market trends with Looker features to shape client solutions.
