Job summary

CapMan Infra is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Nordic infrastructure team. You will work across the full investment lifecycle—origination, execution, portfolio management and exits—on opportunities within energy, transportation and digital infrastructure.

The role offers broad ownership from day one in a close-knit, entrepreneurial team with a flat structure. You will collaborate with portfolio company management, CapMan's platform teams and external advisors across the Nordics,

Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting or related fields
Higher education in finance, economics or engineering
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/PowerPoint use
Fluency in Swedish and English
Drive, proactiveness and teamwork
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Hands-on financial modelling and corporate finance knowledge
Entrepreneurial attitude and interest in Nordic infrastructure assets

Responsibilities

Originating new investments: screen opportunities, analyze companies and markets, build financial models and presentations
Transactions: manage deals from kick-off to closing, coordinate due diligence and lenders, prepare investment committee materials
Asset management: work with portfolio company management on strategy, budgets, and day-to-day matters, participate in board work
Exits: support divestment processes and execution
