Benifex Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our Swedish and Nordic customer portfolio on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own key billing, revenue, subscriptions and reconciliations, while partnering with Commercial and Customer Success to resolve queries and ensure clean financial data.

The role will focus on stabilising our NetSuite post-migration, validating data and driving process improvements across the finance function in the Nordic region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing and revenue reconciliations.
• Ability to translate commercial terms into accurate billing.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems like NetSuite or SAP.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end billing for Swedish and Nordic customers, including subscriptions and invoicing.
• Review contracts and billing schedules to ensure accurate revenue.
• Act as Finance contact for customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Perform billing and revenue reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support month-end activities by analysing revenue performance.
• Play a role in NetSuite post-migration hypercare and data validation.
• Use Excel to identify issues and improve reconciliations and reporting.
