Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Sweden AB is seeking an experienced National QSHE Specialist to strengthen our quality and safety performance. You will support quality management, drive improvements and ensure compliance across Contract Logistics sites in Sweden.

Key duties include audits, CAPA, risk reviews and SOP approvals, helping operational teams with guidance and KPI reporting in a proactive QSHE role. Travel within Sweden is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Strong ability to plan and perform internal audits and CAPA.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and health & safety processes is a plus.
• Experience with GDP/Healthcare/Pharma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QSHE standards and management systems compliance (ISO 9001).
• Plan, conduct and follow up on internal audits across Sweden.
• Drive CAPA, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Review and approve SOPs and documentation from QSHE view.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and compliance reviews.

Kuehne+Nagel Sweden AB is seeking an experienced and driven National QSHE Specialist to strengthen our national QSHE performance. In this role, you will support quality management, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements across our Contract Logistics sites in Sweden.

How you create impact

• Ensure compliance with QSHE standards and management systems, including ISO 9001
• Plan, conduct and follow up on internal audits and support external audits where required
• Drive CAPA activities, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Review and approve SOPs, operational processes and documentation from a QSHE perspective
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and compliance reviews across Sweden
• Support operational teams through guidance, KPI reporting and QSHE best practices

What we would like you to bring

• Proven experience working with ISO 9001, quality management systems and internal audits
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, occupational health & safety and QSHE processes is an advantage
• Experience with CAPA, document control and QSHE systems
• Experience within the Defence industry
• Experience with in GDP/Healthcare/Pharma
• Valid B driving licence and willingness to travel within Sweden
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, with a proactive and structured approach
