FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual professionals to join our Customer Support & Content Moderation teams. These are full-time, on-site roles with multiple start dates and relocation support.

You will assist customers in one of the listed languages and perform content moderation to uphold guidelines. A valid EU passport or Portugal work permit is mandatory, with readiness to relocate for the role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one of the required languages plus reliable working level of English.

• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full-time, on-site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Roles: Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary: €900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages:

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project-Dependent):

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company-provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements:

• Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
