Job summary

TRATON AB, Södertälje, is seeking a Portfolio Analysis and Modularization specialist to balance brand requirements within a unified group portfolio and to deliver aggregated roadmaps.

You will describe current and future transport needs to ensure the TRATON Modular System provides required functionality, including brand positioning and differentiation, using the User Factor Methodology for analysis and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and data engineering to evaluate business needs and translate them into user factor requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills are required for frequent cross-brand collaboration.
• Experience with modularization concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage TRATON Group Use Cases, govern the product portfolio and its required properties.
• Create transparency on customer needs by analyzing Use Cases and properties and setting development targets.
• Be an expert on TRATON Modularization Strategy to enable differentiating performance.
• Develop modularization theory and provide training from a TRATON perspective.
• Drive ongoing development of the User Factor Methodology to support group needs.
