Job summary

NKT seeks a Group HSE Manager, Audit & Reporting to shape how health, safety and environmental performance is measured across the organization. You will develop audit and reporting frameworks and drive improvements to support zero injuries and healthy working conditions, collaborating across Europe and supporting a green transition.

The role includes leading audits, analyzing data and KPIs, and coordinating safety culture initiatives with travel across Europe (roughly 30–50%).

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Safety, Quality, Production, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001.
• 5–8 years of experience from a technical or industrial environment.
• Experience establishing and managing HSE reporting processes.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the HSE audit framework and audit plans across NKT locations.
• Execute audits, communicate findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate HSE maturity roadmap activities, including safety culture initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and report HSE data, KPIs, dashboards and incident trends.
• Facilitate HSE Council activities and contribute to global HSE standards implementation.
• Support HSE governance across functions and sites to create consistent standards and drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with teams across Europe to contribute to a green transition and to strengthen HSE governance, auditing and reporting excellence.

Role details

• Reports to the Director, Head of Group HSE
• Based in Europe, with travel to manufacturing locations approximately 30–50% of the time, across Europe
