Partille is one of Sweden’s smallest municipalities, yet it has around 33 000 residents. It offers a good mix of public and commercial services and benefits from proximity to the larger city of Gothenburg. The municipality features varied environments – exciting mountain regions, flat landscapes, extensive forest areas, and many waterways.
The Building and Environment Agency of Partille aims to promote sustainable development through supervision, information and advice. The Environment Office consists of thirteen staff members, six of whom work as environmental inspectors. Work is planned and carried out according to national and regional environmental objectives, largely in a project-based format.
This full‑time position involves oversight of contaminated sites within the Environmental Protection Act, and you will be responsible for and active in our inspection projects. It also requires significant autonomy.
We value diversity in gender, ethnicity and age.
Permanent position. Starting date will be the earliest possible after agreement.
Full‑time salary.
Deadline was 18 June 2008.
