Job summary

Saab Surveillance in Sweden is seeking a Microwave/RF engineer to develop high‑performance microwave hardware for radar antennas. You will work across the product lifecycle—from concept and design to testing and integration—collaborating with PCB design, mechanics and materials teams to turn demanding requirements into robust hardware.

Your role

At Saab Surveillance, you will develop advanced microwave hardware for Saab’s world-leading radar antennas. Alongside experienced colleagues in PCB design, mechanics and materials, you will turn demanding requirements into high-performance products.

• Designing microwave circuits and subsystems.
• Measuring, verifying and optimising performance.
• Supporting production and integration, including troubleshooting and design updates to keep existing products performing and available.

Your profile

You have experience in RF and microwave design, together with a master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional expertise. You enjoy combining design and analysis with hands‑on measurements and problem-solving.
